Increasing contracts has three positions now available to be a part of our motivated and skilled team, come and gain experience in the conservation and land management industry while working in and protecting some of the most beautiful bushland in Southeast Queensland.

Natural areas field crew applicants must have or equivalent in Certificate III Conservation and Land/ecosystem Management with experience in the field and be familiar with Southeast Queensland's native plants and weeds and have a genuine enthusiasm to continue growth in the industry.

Interim Natural Areas Team leader: This role requires a Diploma in Conservation and Land/Ecosystem Management & approximately 3 years of experience. This team leader position will be on an ad hoc basis as our teams are regularly split into smaller or larger teams for varying contracts. The applicant will be required to work as field crew outside of these times. This position has the potential to lead to a permanent team leader role.

The following qualifications are required for the positions and must be valid.

  • Certificate III Conservation and Land/Ecosystem Management /Diploma in CAEM for team leader role.
  • Commercial Operator's license (ACDC).
  • Chainsaw level 2.
  • Senior First Aid.
  • White card.
  • Class C Driver's License - essential.
