The Kimberley Region is a remote and complex landscape which is renowned for its natural beauty and cultural significance. The region offers many unique opportunities to explore and enjoy world class natural and cultural attractions as well as appreciate the wilderness values of the area.

We are currently seeking a Senior Ranger to join our team and play a key role in protecting one of Western Australia's most iconic landscapes. As a Senior Ranger, you'll lead park operations, coordinate conservation programs, and support cultural heritage management in collaboration with Bunuba Traditional Owners. This role involves supervising staff, maintaining visitor facilities, delivering interpretive programs, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards. Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the Senior Rager is:

  • Responsible for works programs and day to day operations within the West Kimberley District National Parks, with a particular focus on Bunuba Parks including Miluwindi Conservation Park; Bandilngan (Windjana Gorge) National Park; Balili (Devonian Reef) Conservation Park; and Dimalurru (Tunnel Creek) National Park.
