Wedgetail believes in a regenerated and thriving planet, where humans work to ensure the wellbeing of all species.

Our Foundation team in Tasmania is growing. We're custodians of ecologically significant properties (like The Quoin) and we're looking for someone to help activate these landscapes as places where community and conservation come together.

We're hiring a Community Engagement & Projects Coordinator to help shape and deliver our community engagement strategy.

You'll be the bridge between place and people - connecting our conservation work with schools, First Nations communities, local groups, and the wider public. You'll shape and deliver programs that invite people to engage deeply with nature and contribute to its care.

This is a hands-on role for a natural organiser, facilitator, and relationship-builder. Someone who can zoom out to guide our strategy and lead our projects, and zoom in to host a school visit or coordinate a community planting day.
