Southern Qld Landscapes, one of 11 regional NRM organisations in Queensland, is acknowledged as having a proven track record delivering practical, on-ground solutions to support communities through sustainable environmental outcomes that improve the lives of regional communities. Work with a passionate team of Project Officers to deliver two projects, one aimed at restoring and protecting southern Qld waterways and another that supports land managers to care for koala habitat.

About you

We seek an experienced project manager, with sound financial acumen and a demonstrated ability to mentor and upskill the team. Excellence in stakeholder engagement and facilitation is expected as is the ability to forge new relationships and handle challenging conversations and situations. You will be an excellent communicator and collaborator, experienced in delivering and acquitting to government standards and adept at MERI requirements. You might be currently working in NRM or agriculture but maybe not. What you will be, is full of energy and enthusiasm and ready to lead and inspire your team to work with local landholders to support practical, sustainable on-ground environmental outcomes.
