The Opportunity:

Forestry Corporation of NSW (FCNSW) is the largest manager of commercial softwood plantations in NSW and a major employer in the Snowy Valley region. We are seeking to appoint the role of the Haulage & Sales Supervisor for up to a 12-month full time opportunity.

About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who may have had experience or has interest in overseeing log haulage activities and working closely with our customers and haulage contractors.

You will have great interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationship and rapport to work in closely with the wider team.

It is preferred that that you have experience or knowledge and skill in working with trucks, heavy plant and NHVR compliance.

You will also be required to have the ability to work remotely and unsupervised to manage activities in the field and ability to use both handheld devices and desktop computers.

To be the successful applicant for the role you will consider the safety of yourself and others, you are positive, you are a good self-starter, team player and you can undertake active frontline firefighting duties and be available for afterhours fire standby on a rostered basis.

Full firefighting training and subsequent qualifications will be provided as part of the role.
