The role is responsible for the oversight of the Board's regional plan and manages information systems to support planning, monitoring and reporting.

As the Planning and Reporting Coordinator, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of the Board's strategic and program planning, performance monitoring, and reporting processes.
• Provide expert advice and coordination to support evidence-based decision making and continuous improvement across natural resource and landscape management initiatives.
• Prepare high-quality reports and communications for government and stakeholders, demonstrating progress towards key outcomes.

• You are a strategic thinker with experience in planning, performance reporting, and monitoring within a government or environmental management context.
• You have strong analytical and communication skills, and can synthesize data to support clear and compelling reporting and advice.

Essential Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in natural resource management, project management, environmental policy or related area or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated experience in MERI is desirable.
