This position also attracts District Allowance, Air Conditioning Allowance, and 25% No Fixed Hours Loading.

The world heritage listed Purnululu National Park is located within the East Kimberley region of Western Australia and is famous for the incomparable natural phenomenon that is the Bungle Bungle Range.

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Ranger to join our team.

Under the general direction of the Purnululu World Heritage Area Project Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for the works programs and day-to-day operations within The Purnululu National Park, the overall day-to-day operational management of the visitor centre, liaison with stakeholders and coordination of volunteers and external crews.
  • Assist with other East Kimberley District National Parks, including maintenance and servicing of facilities, visitor control, and the delivery of conservation programs and parks and visitor services projects.
