Do you have skills and experience in invasive species management or policy writing?

The Pest Services team sits within the Technical Services branch of the Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service & Partnerships (QPWS&P) and provides strategic services and advice regarding the agency’s internal and external legislative and custodial responsibilities as they relate to the management of invasive species. This position will assist in the development and upkeep of a suite of policy and administrative instruments to ensure consistency with legal and custodial obligations.

The Senior Project Officer (Pests) supports the team in reviewing program data to ensure compliance with standards, managing information resources used by ranger staff engaged in pest management and other duties related to the pest program.
