Our Sustainable Agriculture team is expanding and we’re seeking passionate, purpose-driven people to join a dynamic, diverse team working to improve the productivity and profitability of the grazing industry. 

We are recruiting:

Two Senior Grazing Field Officers and two Grazing Field Officers

These roles will work directly with graziers across the Burdekin Dry Tropics NRM region to support the adoption of grazing practices that improve land condition and enhance the quality of water flowing to the Great Barrier Reef. 

Requirements

• Experience or qualifications in sustainable land management practices and/or the grazing industry.
• Proven ability to engage and build relationships with landholders and demonstrated skills in facilitation, public speaking, and coordinating workshops and events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise reports and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders on complex issues. 
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to follow established processes, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
