What You'll Do

As our Project Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of a variety of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

• Managing teams and subcontractors to meet—and exceed—stakeholder expectations.

• Conducting quality control through frequent site inspections and ensuring compliance with WHS&E policies and procedures.

• Developing RFQ documentation and SOW packages to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Successfully resolving issues as they arise and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Strong organisational skills: able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

• Industry knowledge: 2 years' experience in the landscaping or environmental services sector, or equivalent preferred, but graduate applicants encouraged to apply.

• Technical skills: experience in both office and field work, alongside knowledge of scheduling, planning, and figures.

• Passion for results: a keen eye for detail and a drive to deliver exceptional outcomes.

• Teamwork and leadership: the ability to manage and inspire Gambara teams and subcontractors.
