As the Wildlife Program Manager - Crocodiles you will be responsible for the delivery of the saltwater crocodile management program in the Northern Territory.

Your key duties involve management and monitoring of saltwater crocodiles, maintaining strategic partnerships with a range of stakeholders, conducting compliance of the regulatory framework, working with industry and Indigenous organisations to facilitate enterprises and contributing to policy development and legislative reform.

To be successful you need highly developed knowledge of, and experience with wildlife management programs, as well as maintaining partnerships and communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including industry, Aboriginal landowners and government agencies. Demonstrated ability in project management, applied research and tertiary qualifications in natural resource management are essential.
