Our client is a leading commercial landscaper, specialising in large scale infrastructure and natural resource management projects who have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team. Based in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs, this role will Initially commence in a temporary part-time capacity with a view to permanency.

The Role

The Customer Service Administrator will report to the Business Development and Marketing Manager and provide pivotal administrative support to the sales division within the company. Other will duties include:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone.
• Liaise directly with our customers to understand their requirements.
• Establish solid relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide customers with a timeline of scheduled works.
• Have excellent knowledge of our products and services.
• Administration duties.

The Successful Applicant

Not only will the successful applicant have outstanding communication skills but will also be someone who enjoys working in a team environment and has a passion for creating a greener future. Your ability to multi-task and be flexible is welcomed.

In addition, not only will you have extensive experience within a similar role, but we also require:

• Previous customer service experience in a call centre environment.
• Past work history within the Horticulture Sector highly desirable.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Outstanding written and communication skills.
• Established skills in CRM and MS Office.
• Flexible, adaptable, and diligent with a positive and friendly attitude.
