Facilitating Kaurna Miyurna involvement, co-creation of environmental projects and programs, and fosteringmeaningful Aboriginal partnerships.

The Aboriginal Partnerships Officer is responsible for facilitating the development and implementation of partnership arrangements between Green Adelaide and Kaurna Miyurna as well as other relevant Aboriginal communities and organisations in relation to Green Adelaide and its Regional Landscape Plan. The Officer works closely with Warpulai Kumangka and other relevant Aboriginal organisations to support active participation and informed decision making in regards to relevant natural resource activities in the region.

Key Role Outcomes include:

• A region wide Kaurna Statement of Commitment is developed, implemented and managed within the context of the Green Adelaide Regional Landscape Plan.
• Cultural heritage management systems and protocols are facilitated and/or developed, and relevant information is provided to key stakeholders, including staff of Green Adelaide.
• Green Adelaide's decision making and program initiatives are informed through the provision of high-quality Aboriginal partnerships and engagement planning and advice to internal and external stakeholders.
• Aboriginal engagement projects are successfully delivered on time, to budget and to a high quality.
• Warpulai Kumangka is effectively supported.
• Productive working relationships are developed and maintained with relevant Aboriginal organisations, government departments, and community leaders.
