On the whole, we manage landscapes specialising in local native flora from our four depots at North Melbourne, Werribee, Whittlesea and Mornington.
We have extensive bushland management knowledge, a sound and growing customer base (government, semi-government and private organisations) together with a growing team of over 80 people and a record of delivering quality service.

This role is for someone ready to take the next step in their Conservation Land Management Career! If this is you, we will support you to become a leader in the industry through significant training and development opportunities.
The vacancy is for a full time Crew Leader with industry experience based from our North Melbourne depot. The successful applicant will be expected to assist the project manager to manage, plan and implement multiple land rehabilitation projects across the greater Melbourne Region.
Duties will include and are not limited to:
Some remote travel may be required.
You will be expected to achieve an exceptional work standard both in the field and at an administrative level with a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment.
