About the Role

This position is an operational role that works across the BLCAC as the Registered Aboriginal Party (RAP) area and traditional lands.

This is a newly created role to make your own. Working closely with the Cultural Heritage Coordinator the Cultural Heritage Bookings Administrator is responsible for the administration, coordination and organising the rosters for our Cultural Heritage Officer field representatives (field reps). You will, work in a team, ensure good relationships with staff and customers, answer the phone, manage booking activities in a well organised and timely manner. The Cultural Heritage Bookings Administrator will also be responsible for booking internal and external meetings, inductions and Welcome to Country events for Bunurong Elders during office hours and outside of business hours where required.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate proven experience in events management, rostering, experienced administrator with high level computer skills. You will play a key role in building relationships to support and enable a productive and positive work environment.

As the Cultural Heritage Bookings Administrator, you will work with a small dedicated and supportive team and have access to professional development opportunities.
