About the role 

The Senior Project Manager reports to the Community & Catchment Services General Manager and contributes to the leadership of the organisation, representing the CCMA in the community and across all networks. This position will lead the Election Commitment projects and supports land managers and communities to deliver improved sustainable natural resource management and environmental management. 

Position location

The position will be based in the Corangamite CMA’s Colac office or other locations within the Catchment to meet operational requirements, with flexible working arrangements as per organisational policy.

What you will need to succeed   

CCMA is looking for a passionate person with skills and experience in working with communities in natural resource management, environmental management or community development.

You will possess excellent interpersonal and engagement capabilities, with the ability to contribute to building a positive, high performing organisation. You will have a flexible and adaptable approach, possess the ability to build strong professional relationships and partnerships, and to work as part of a team. You will help to lead a high quality organisational culture and model the values of the Corangamite CMA and the Victorian Public Service.
