South Coast Natural Resource Management Inc is the peak regional body for natural resource management (NRM) on the South Coast of Western Australia. The organisation is recognised as a leading not-for-profit organisation in Australia for coordinating and delivering environmental and sustainable primary-production outcomes. We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager who will be responsible for providing leadership in NRM theme areas related to natural ecosystems, habitats, landscapes, marine and coastal environments across the South Coast region.

The core responsibility of the Program Manager is to liaise and consult with strategic partners to ensure the community are engaged in biodiversity, coastal and marine related NRM activities, helping to deliver positive NRM outcomes for the south coast region. The Program Manager must be able to seek and acquire funding, build, and maintain relationships, and oversee the entire project cycle from development and contracting, through to monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

The role requires a knowledgeable and experienced individual with strong communication and negotiation skills developed in a NRM, project management or equivalent field. We require a Program Manager with strengths in people and projects and who can take project initiatives from concept to successful implementation.
