We are currently recruiting for BUSH REGENERATORS who are passionate about the environment. You will be learning the best practice bush regeneration techniques, must display a high level of initiative, commitment and good communication skills.

Locations - TEC is looking to employ:

  • Site Supervisor to work in the Central Coast area; (Full time Position)
  • 2ICs to work in the Central Coast, South and Western Sydney area; (Full time Position)
  • Trained bush regenerators to work in the Central Coast, South and Western Sydney area;
  • Trainee bush regenerators to work in the Central Coast, South and Western Sydney area;

Skills and Experience

  • Supervisor - a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a supervisor in the Bush Regeneration industry
  • 2IC - a minimum of 1years’ experience as a Trained Bush Regenerator;
  • Trained - a minimum of 6 months experience in Bush Regeneration industry;
  • Trainee - preference given to applicants with on-ground experience;
  • Good Plant Id and Bush Regeneration skills;
  • Must be physically fit.



  • Enrolled or Completed - Certificate in Conservation and Land Management or equivalent
  • Chemical handlers certificate (AQF3)
  • White card
  • Good - Excellent plant knowledge
  • Current drivers licence (preferable manual) and own transport


  • Degree/Diploma in environmental related discipline
  • Chainsaw training and experience
