We are currently recruiting for BUSH REGENERATORS who are passionate about the environment. You will be required to understand and apply best practice bush regeneration techniques, display good interpersonal and communication skills and have a clear understanding of the tasks set by the supervisors.

Locations - TEC is looking to employ: 

  • Site Supervisor to work in the Central Coast area;
  • 2ICs to work in the Central Coast, South and Western Sydney area;
  • Trained bush regenerators to work in the South and Western Sydney area;
  • Trainee bush regenerators to work in the South and Western Sydney area;

Skills and Experience 

  • Site Supervisor - a minimum of 1 years’ experience as a supervisor in the Bush Regeneration industry
  • 2IC – a minimum of 1years’ experience as a Trained Bush Regenerator;
  • Trained – a minimum of 1 years’ experience in Bush Regeneration industry;
  • Trainee - preference given to applicants with on-ground experience or work with Green Army.
  • Good - Excellent Bush Regeneration skills
  • High focus on accuracy and quality
  • Problem resolution skills and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team
  • Must be physically fit.



  • Certificate in Conservation and Land Management or equivalent
  • Chemical handlers certificate (AQF3)
  • WH&S white card
  • Good - Excellent plant knowledge
  • Must have own transport
  • Current drivers licence (preferable manual)


  • Degree/Diploma in environmental related discipline
  • Chainsaw training and experience
  • Current first aid certificate

Consider a single action by a Total Earth Care’s Bush Regenerator: a day spent clearing the exotic plant species Lantana Lantana camara, a declared weed of national significance under Commonwealth legislation. Lantana is extremely invasive and causes a decline in native flora & fauna. The Lantana often supports habitat for exotic species that prey on native; birds, small mammals, and reptiles. By removing the Lantana, the Total Earth Care Bush Regenerator has improved the chance of survival of native flora and fauna.

Working conditions for this position are compliant with the Gardening and Landscaping Services Award 2020.
