Balance Enviro Solutions specialises in the design, construction and management of; wetland, riparian and revegetation projects, ecological restoration and aquatic environments. We are an interesting, progressive workplace with a positive atmosphere. Our Head Office is based in Fairfield, we also a nursery and office in Bangholme, a nursery holding bay in Werribee and an office QLD, with clients and sites all around the Melbourne region.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic individual with experience in commercial or private nursery environments, to join our team. As we deal with a vast range of plant species experience in this field will be highly regarded. The applicant will be trained where needed and will be working with members of staff to assist in the production of plant supply.

Nursery tasks can be repetitive and therefore interest in the area is beneficial. Tasks need to be completed with efficacy & accuracy – training provided. 

Roles and Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Plant propagation by division seed cuttings
• Stock management
• Order preparation
• Stock maintenance
• Watering
• Pruning plants

Essential skills:

• Nursery experience
• Willingness to learn

Current certificates/licenses are preferred:

• White Card (essential)
• PPE gear required
