The North Central Catchment Management Authority works in partnership with communities to deliver enduring natural resource management outcomes.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to lead our Engagement and Evaluation team.

Located at our Huntly office, this is an exciting opportunity to lead the CMAs approach to community and stakeholder engagement; our Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Improvement program (MERI); and our community engagement program in collaboration with their team.

The successful applicant will demonstrate: 

  • Successful delivery of a large or complex community engagement programs
  • Effective engagement and communication capabilities, with the ability to partner cooperatively with a range of stakeholders
  • A comprehensive understanding of MERI programs and activities
  • Proven business acumen, including ability to develop funding bids and deliver on obligations

This position is offered on a fixed term basis for a period of up to 3 years and may be undertaken full time or part time.
