We offer a diverse project portfolio and we have an immediate need for a suitably experienced Project Coordinator to join our ecology team.  This is an opportunity to work closely with technical professionals and the Ecology Group Leader to maintain the end to end delivery of major projects.

  • Support the daily/weekly management and delivery of projects from a financial and operational perspective
  • Assist with core project administration
  • Maintain project management systems, support in the preparation of weekly reports, result tracking, status reports and financial planning
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Coordinate field logistics in booking requests, organise meetings and manage project processes
  • Update HSE documentation and maintain risk and incident registers
  • Be a fantastic and approachable communicator.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude and the ability to learn new processes
  • Must be highly organised and experienced in managing large project portfolios
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exposure to project management processes and software. Experience working with Deltek Vision (v7.6 or higher) will be highly desirable
  • Experience working in consulting and/or fast paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Passion for project management and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.

This role will require you to bring your expertise in project management and assist the ecology team in delivering excellent outcomes for our clients. We offer flexible working arrangements with the ability to work from home and/or the office. Depending on demand, this role can either be at a full-time or part-time capacity.
