Kalgoorlie is the largest inland city in Western Australia, steeped with history and heritage. It remains a vibrant mining town and home to a young, family oriented and multicultural community. Kalgoorlie is a central hub for the arts, leisure and culture in regional WA. 

The Regional Leader Conservation leads and coordinates the planned development and delivery of the department’s conservation services in the Goldfields region. 

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have considerable knowledge of, and experience in the provision of conservation and natural land management services, in developing and implementing related operational plans, management plans and strategies, and having familiarity with the principles of planning for biodiversity outcomes and ecologically sustainable development 

The successful applicant will be required to possess or obtain a current and satisfactory National Police Check prior to commencement.
