On the whole, we manage biodiversity for our clients by revegetation and improvements to indigenous vegetation, from our four depots at Werribee, Whittlesea, Melbourne and Mornington.

We have extensive bushland management and construction knowledge, a sound and growing customer base of government, semi-government and private organisations.

We understand that to be successful as a business, we need motivated people with high levels of expertise and who are prepared to align with our values. We have a growing team of over 70 people across the wider Melbourne area undertaking varied and interesting biodiversity management.

Purpose and scope

Reporting to your crew leader, the primary role of this position is to assist with the implementation of bushland management and revegetation projects for our various clients throughout the Wyndham council region. 

This position is to assist our team to complete spraying works and revegetation in the Wyndham area (approximately from Little River through to Lara). You may be required to start on site or you will be required to arrive at our depot in Werribee at 7:30. Public transport is available to Werribee station, and for suitable candidates, transport may be available from there.

  1. Bushland Management
  • A good knowledge of and passion for indigenous plants
  • A good working knowledge of weeds and their control methods for the Melbourne and Western Plains
  • Experience in the industry
  • Qualifications relevant to the industry are desirable
  • Knowledge of revegetation techniques and experience in the use of appropriate tools and equipment
  • A practical understanding of weed control techniques and herbicides
  • Physically suited to working in the field

  • Essential - Construction Induction Card (Red/White Card)
  • Essential - ChemCert or equivalent
  • Highly Desirable - Traffic Management Plan Implementation
  • Highly Desirable - Chainsaw – Operate and Maintain Chainsaws
  • Highly Desirable - Senior First Aid (Level 2)
  • Highly Desirable – Personal transport for site-start work
  • Highly Desirable - Current Victorian Car Licence
