We are seeking a passionate, reliable and a responsible person to join our team as an Environmental Project Officer.

The Environmental Project Officer position is responsible for land management outcomes in accordance with contract specifications to achieve desired results, and accurate completion of reports.

You will also be responsible for maintaining company’s tools, vehicles and facilities allocated, and utilised on and for the respective work sites.

You will be proficient in plant identification, (weeds & natives), weed mapping, bush fire management, identification of threatened species, and communities.

Have the ability to work both independently, and as part of a team, using your knowledge and supervisory skills to upskill and train others as required

  • Certificate IV in Conservation Land Management OR
  • Degree/Diploma in environmental related discipline
  • Excellent plant knowledge
  • Current drivers licence
  • Knowledge of current environmental legislation
  • Australian Citizen


  • Chemical handling certificate
  • Experience in managing projects and supervision of staff and contractor management
  • Bushfire management - assessments and reporting
  • Strong skills in report writing, excel, word & GIS
  • Current first aid certificate
  • WH&S white card
  • Certificate IV Training & Assessment
