Nitmiluk National Park Fixed vacancy from 01/09/2020 to 31/08/2021

Our parks and reserves protect the natural, cultural and historic features of the Northern Territory. We’re offering you the opportunity to join our motivated and professional team. You will be a vital part of a small community working and living at Nitmiluk in the magnificent Nitmiluk National Park.

The area is rich in history and Aboriginal culture and this is your chance to work on a joint management park and coordinate conservation, visitor management and interpretive programs and work in partnership with the Jawoyn Traditional Owners who own the Park. .

The Park is located 30 kilometres northeast of Katherine. The Park features spectacular gorge scenery, rugged beauty and significant traces of Aboriginal culture.

Nathan River, Limmen National Park – Ongoing vacancy

You will be a vital part of this team and working in areas such as the striking sandstone formations of the Southern Lost City and Western Lost City, discovering the extensive birdlife along the rivers and lagoons at the Butterfly Falls.

The area is rich in history and Aboriginal culture and this is your chance to work on a joint management park, and supervise and coordinate crocodile management, conservation, visitor and interpretive programs and work in partnership with the traditional owners of the area.
