We have offices in Toowoomba, Roma and Charleville and Goondiwindi and are determined to help our region be all that it can be – ethical, sustainable, biodiverse, and profitable.  We are hungry for new ways to deliver better outcomes for our region and its communities.

We need a growth management / business development specialist to help us deliver for our communities and our landscapes.

The job:

  1. Develop project proposals and tender submissions including ideation, scopes of work, partnerships, bid team coordination and costings in cooperation with the leadership team
  2. Work with the leadership team to develop entrepreneurial approaches to solving landscape and property level issues focusing on impact for communities and landholders
  3. Explore new revenue streams and programs based on customer needs and landscape impact that meet market gaps and company strategic objectives
  4. Identify, track, and pursue strategic partnerships with philanthropic networks, corporate entities, governments, academia, and First Nations aimed at supporting innovation in agriculture and natural resource management

About you:

  • Formal qualifications in business, entrepreneurship, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in new business development and/or service innovation and an understanding of the business development lifecycle
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • High-level problem solving skills and a desire to make a difference in regional Queensland
  • Commitment to teamwork and collaborative behaviour
  • An understanding of agriculture and natural resource management
  • An understanding of commercial processes and entrepreneurship.
