The Corangamite Catchment Management Authority (CMA) is a Victorian Government statutory authority whose role it is to work with and support local communities to improve sustainable land, biodiversity and water resources management, in an area stretching from its head office in Colac to Geelong, Ballarat and Peterborough.

  • Full Time: 38 hours per week
  • Fixed Term: until 06.08.2021 as a Parental Leave Arrangement
  • Salary Range: $76,045 - $86,742 per annum (based on experience) plus superannuation

This rewarding opportunity is being offered to play a vital role in the Estuaries & Environmental Water program which delivers statutory and other functions relating to environmental watering, estuary openings and waterway health within the Corangamite CMA.

This role will be responsible for specific estuary programs and services, and supporting existing partnerships between agencies and groups.

This role requires experience working in natural resources or environmental management, or agriculture with an emphasis on waterways management, and a relevant tertiary qualification.
