Mechanical Services Officer

Warddeken Land Management Ltd

West Arnhem Land, Northern Territory

Warddeken Land Management Ltd are seeking the fulltime services of a qualified mechanic to assist our organization in managing the 14,000 square kilometer Warddeken Indigenous Protected Area.

Whilst this region is very remote, conditions are excellent with a well-equipped workshop and all tools supplied. Day-to-day works include the maintenance of a variety of plant and equipment.  This will regularly include the unique challenge of operating in highly remote places to effect field repairs and recoveries.

For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to work with an amazing team of incredibly hard-working people in one of Australia’s most spectacular regions.

This position will involve a significant amount of travel within the Warddeken IPA and will require the successful applicant to live and work in an extraordinarily remote and beautiful place.
