We're looking for a passionate, humble, ambitious, and confident Principal level environmental consultant with a drive to succeed. We're looking for creative and analytical thinkers who are looking to the future with technological innovations and data at their core. More specifically, we are seeking an Associate Principal or Principal to lead a crack team of environmental scientists and ecologists.
This Principal level role has a strong business impact and is part of Wild’s leadership team, controlling most of the day to day activities. You'll actively pursue and win new business that results in significant revenue growth with target clients aligned with Wild’s business strategy.
You'll be capable of shaping a piece of business and developing high-level business relations and high-impact projects. A Principal is capable of leading large teams and also generates new business ideas.
You'll be client-centric and act as the main contact person between the firm and the clients. You'll hold the client's hand from the beginning to the end of the project by ensuring that the team addresses the client’s needs and oversee and guide consultant teams during projects.
Besides the client and business leadership roles, Principal Consultants will undertake work with a high level of complexity or sensitivity and operate under broad direction. They exercise a significant degree of independence in their work, and provide specialist and experienced knowledge to their team and executives.
This role will require you to be "on the tools", as well as having strategic oversight over where Wild is going. You need to bring your own flair to environmental practice harnessed from your extensive experience. You are obsessed with finding the most powerful insight to unlock a challenge. You can build persuasive reports considering both environmental and human aspects at their core, and deliver them with passion and conviction.
